Ever had problems with United States Postal Service, particulary even international mail?

LOL... All the freaking time..... My mail goes 55 miles out of its way to be distributed back on a truck that brings it to the town I live in. Letters that should be overnight delivery are really two to three day delivery despite people paying the expensive overnight express charges. And mail from over seas... ! Goodness Gracious... I have had to tell my in laws to just send the packages UPS instead of USP since my USP can't seem to figure out how to deliver the pagages to me in one piece... Ah! and if I have to send anything overseas, I send it with UPS because the post master in my town will send the pagage back to me telling me that the address is illegible.
