  • there is this chocolate that you can buy in the produce section at walmart and it is made for dipping fruit and stuff into it... you just melt t for a few minutes and whala! you have dippin chocolate!

  • Your chocolate hardened and became gooey because either it was melted at too high a temp or because you got moisture in it. If you get water in chocolate as it melts, it hardens. Melt it on the stove in a double boiler, withOUT a lid. Use a dry spoon for stirring, and make sure not to splash any water in it. Or put it in a crock-pot on low, stirring as it melts.
  • for 12 oz of chocolate add 8oz of heavy (whipping) cream unwhipped of course heat cream over medium heat until bubbles form and then add chocolate chips. continue to heat while whisking until fully blended. enjoy!
