No but sneezing feels very good...I do however, get goosebumps when I look at your avatar. :D

Sometimes. At the restaurant I used to work in I sneezed, (not on food or even near it!) but this old man said, come here to me a minute, so I did, he said closer closer, and he whispered in my ear, tell me did you get wet a little when you sneezed!!

Depends on the ambient temperature. When the hot liquid called urine leaves the body it is but natural for the body to shake a little when the ambient temperature is low. In sneezing it a whole lungful of warm air leaving the body. At low ambient temperatures it could give goosebumps to the skin.
