In Australia, a person is under no obligation to give you a refund under those circumstances, dependent on the price paid, etc.

Unfortunately, the rules for returning merchandise is different for cars. Mostly, because once a car gets driven out of the lot, it loses some value. So the answer is no. You can negotiate and pay them and the car dealer might take it back.

Probably not, unless: the seller committed fraud during the transaction; or: the seller is willing to take it back 'out of the kindness of his heart' (Which is probably highly unlikely). It does not appear that you have any legal basis to 'force a return'. Caveat emptor!!
