I am about 4-5 weeks pregnant is it normal to have cramps, I'm scared that I am going to lose the baby. Please help

I had cramps and bleeding at about 4 weeks. It turned out to be nothing but if the cramps get bad or you have bleeding go to the ER. I'll pray for you to have a good outcome.

Yes, it can be normal to have cramps while pregnant. If they are severe or you have any spotting whatsoever you need to go to a Doctor immediately. If you are having severe cramps you should also go.
