Eh... what's a potato brush?
-
They come in quite handy. My wife scrubs the potatoes because we eat the skins. They help clean them up well and get any thing off them we would not like to eat that came from the ground.
-
I think we need them. I have eaten baked potatoes that weren't scrubbed, and they taste like dirt. If you are taking the peel off before cooking, then they don't need scrubbed, just rinsed off.
-
Well, I've never had one so my answer would be - No. We don't need them. Because I've lived for 35 years without one and haven't suffered a bit.
-
Of course we do,it gets all the dirt off the potato.I haven't liked to eat dirt since I was a kid.
-
I think people got along just fine w/o them in the "olden" days. Use your hands for christsake.

Potatoes grow in DIRT! Of course brushes are necessary. I don't want to eat dirt :P UNLESS you peel your potatoes. Then the brush is not needed.
