To me it sounds like speed reggae with alot of horns. Look up mighty bosstones on youtube or even a few songs by no doubt like "spider webs" has ska undertones.

Ska is a music style that originated in Jamaica in the early 1960s. It is based on a two-tone beat that is pretty fast and danceable. Reggae was developed out of Ska music during the mid-1960s, its beat is somewhat slower and a bit more complex. Ska became popular in the UK through Jamaican immigrants during the late 1960s and early 1970s. It had a strong first revival during the early 1980s with bands like The Beat, The Selecter, Madness, or Bad Manners. Great Original Ska musicians and bands from Jamaica are, amongst others: The Skatalites, Roland Alphonso, Tommy McCook, Justin Hinds & The Dominoes, Don Drummond, Ernest Ranglin, and Laurel Aitken. There are interesting younger Ska bands from all over the world, such as Dr. Ring Ding, The Rotterdam Ska Jazz Foundation, or The Busters, and Blue Babies.
