  • You could try to write a special network boot OS if the computer has that enabled. but otherwise I don't know.
  • Unless there is a way to copy it over a network to a remote machine, you're stuffed. And if the USB was *intentionally* disabled, it's probable that you were not meant to copy that file anyways.
