you have to know code to hack into his computer by yourself, but there are tutorial sites that you can use. you can google them. or you can always go into computer forums & beg pro hackers to get into it for you.

The IP is rarely enough. ISPs give multiple computers the same IP address because otherwise they'd run out. There is no easy (or legal) way to hack into his computer with only his IP. You'll need to know a lot about how internet communication works and you'll need to know code to put together programs that will let you utilize the IP in the fashion that you are thinking of. And if he has a firewall, you'll need to get the same one he has and reverse engineer it to see if there's any way around it. I really doubt anything you have in mind to do to your friend's computer will not be worth the work required to access it. You'd probably have an easier time trying to guess his password.
