If I understand your question ... yes. I have used this software to do this: http://www.webcamsoft.com/en/watchdog.html See what they say right up front!!!! "This product requires computer professional with sufficient network and video skills to install." This is true. If you don't know what an IP address is, etc. you will not be able to get this software to work. But you can try it for free. You can't beat that! It will work with most any webcam.

yes you can. i would not show any pictures of you killing these varment(until you check laws) because of the tree huggers out there will make a big issue of it.
