I've gotten used to the idea of them never fixing it and over time we'll all just feel like this is the way the site is supposed to work. That's what happened with the delayed comments on users' feedback pages. I remember a time when a light next to the word "Comments" meant that if you clicked it you could see some comments that you got. Now it means that you'll click it and see nothing. You'll have to try again in 5-10 minutes. So, it's not too hard to see the occasionally disappearing answers on question pages and the random 404 error becoming everyday things too. Of course, they don't have to fix anything. It's not like we pay them to keep this site running, so if we don't leave of course they will just assume we'll cope.
