Is it possible to just send someone a voice message from your cell phone to another person's cell phone without having to call them? Like sending a picture message?

On some phones you can "text" a voice message. I don't know how your phone is set up but you, usually, go to sounds and are able to find record. Once you record something there is, usually, a send option. Good luck!

Most phones have SMS which is essentially like leaving voice mails or voice texting.

My phone has a feature where you can send a "voice memo" or something I think, but I've never used it. My husband sent me one once just to see how they worked.

My son left a message on my answering machine, using text message, it was an animated voice. He types in what he wants the message to say, and an automated voice, leaves a message.
