The Landlord pays the fees on a "free to Tenant" rental service. But what it comes down to is simply: Do you love the place you've found, is it in an area you would enjoy living, is it convenient to your work and life needs, do you feel safe in this area, does the landlord or management company seem fair and pleasant to deal with, is their Rental Agreement clear and fairly easy to understand, are they open and willing to discuss any changes you would like them to consider to secure your taking the place...and can you afford it. No matter who is paying the fees, if there are fees...if these questions don't end with mostly YES, YES, YES...look else where. Try never to settle for someplace you do not feel that you would be HAPPY to come home to! Home is supposed to be your safe, comfortable SANCTUARY at the end of your day.
