When you see shows like MTV Cribs that show off the homes of the wealthy, how does it make you feel? Jealousy, envious, admiration, indifference, or materialism-promoting?

Whenever I flip through tv shows and see that show I think to myself, "Who the F@$# cares what your house looks like?" and than switch it.

I REALLY LIKE THAT SHOW WHEN I WATCH IT... ITS ALMOST LIKE YOURE BEING A GUEST AT THEIR HOUSE, IT MAKES ME FEEL REAL GOOD IN THAT SENSE. IT GETS ME THINKING IF I HAD THAT TYPE OF MONEY, WOULD I TOO, WANT A HOUSE WITH 30 ROOMS,30 BATHROOMS,10 CARS, AND YOU KNOW.. I ALWAYS ENJOY TO SEE THE HOUSES THAT ARE JUST NORMAL LOOKING, IT SHOWS THAT THE FAMOUS PERSON IS SOMEWHAT DOWN TO EARTH.

Amusement, mostly. Arrogance breeds stupidity and the bigger they are, the harder they will fall.

When I see shows like that, I think that it is a bad influence on the impressionable. It makes kids think that they are poor because they don't have as many nice things.
