In 30+ years, not at all. Used them in school, though.

I use to use them a lot in high school and college. I had one that had a container to catch the little paper dots, but I lost it and I have not been able to find another one like it since.

I put everything into a binder for the entire year and mark it as such. You can put bills, events, pay stubs, pictures and just about anything you want for that year. Then the next year - you start over - it's really cool actually - so I use it all the time.
