If you've been squirted by a skunk, what would be the best solution to get the stink off of you?

Tomato juice, or vinegar.

the best solution would be to peel the top layer of skin off and shave all hair, but it's ot very pratical. Tomatoe juice works because it's and acid so any citrus fruit will remove it, put lemon jucie on , shower , repeat, repeat, repeat until it's gone. you need real lemons not juice from concetrate

I guess there are all kinds of commercial products that claim results, but I've not found one that works as good as tomato juice or concentrated lemon juice. The old home remedies are still cheaper and work the best. Not that I chase skunks, but my dogs did !! :)

Vinegar - followed by rubbin in baking soda till almost dry - followed by more vinegar - followed by more baking soda ... . Unless your my dog cause he never learns and you will just waste your life tryin to get the stink off him. I just leave him stinky. That way i know who my friends really are. ;-)

It's called a DIVORCE! No really, if you don't like tomato juice, try apple cider vinegar, that will work too.

Take a bottle of hydrogen peroxide, add a teaspoon of baking soda and a few drops of Dawn dishwashing liquid and bathe in it. It works on dogs too. The Dawn cuts the grease of the spray which then allows the hydrogen peroxide to drive the baking soda into the hair and skin. This was developed by a vet for use on dogs, but I'm sure it would work fine on people too.

My father was sprayed by a skunk when he was a little boy. My Indian grandmother had a natural remedy for just about everything and her cure for being sprayed was to dig a hole in the ground just large enough for you to lie in and get covered completely, except for your head and face, in dirt. Place a "pup" tent over you and blankets to keep you from getting cold. This works over night. Next morning after sleeping in the dirt hole get out, take a shower and the skunk smell is completely gone.

Take a bath. Throw a few large cans of tomato juice in the bath. Mix it up and sit in it for an hour or so.
