Unless you can wash it repeatedly and it will still fit the rest of the look of the dress, there really isn't anything else you can do. It's the nature of the beast. it is known for being crisp and stiff. If you want something that drapes, you need to pick fabric that has drape. Chiffon would have been a better choice for draping.
Do you absolutely HAVE to use organza? It is pretty stiff, but you could use a different fabric, like lame. I just told someone else this, but really, if you go to JoAnns Fabrics, the people there are really knowledgeable. Take the dress with you and show them what you've got and you can try different fabrics right there and see how they work.

You're reading I am sewing an overdress of organza. The top portion of the dress needs to have a flexible drape. How can I make a stiff organza fabric more flexible?
