Why don't they bury people completely naked? You come in life that way so what's the point to being dressed when you leave?

In most place in the US they still don't bury you in shoes. At least you're naked from the ankles down :)

I think its a matter of dignity for the dead. I want a natural burial, no embalming fluid - and not in a coffin. But i dont want to be naked, i'd like to be wearing a white sun dress, and buried wrapped in my favourite quilt :3

That would probably make for a somewhat odd funeral service for sure. Kindof "stiff" if you will. Haha
