It was in this country. But now they are realising the consequences of people who over do it and cannot take true responsibility and are reclassifing it back to class B drug..

I'd be ok with it ... Just hope that the taxes from it were put to fighting CRIME .... and the war on HARD drugs like heroin and Cocaine ...ect ...

I would feel sad because I do often see the results of some of the long term side effects it can cause. Marijuana side effects also wreak havoc on the brain when the drug is used habitually. The natural chemical balance of the brain is disrupted affecting the pleasure centers and regulatory systems. The ability to learn, remember and adapt quickly to changes is impaired by marijuana use. Depression often occurs with marijuana usage, which feeds into the cycle of more drug use to treat the pain created by drug use. This cycle of addiction is very powerful and users soon find that they cannot stop using the drug even if they want to. As a clinical neurologist I have quite a heavy load of patients and legalizing hash would in the end make me more busy..
