WELL I prefer a girl with long hair because it's just so wild and beautiful haaaaa! The colour doesn't matter much :D but I do prefer natural hair colour! but hey-it depends on the personality, you can have pretty long haired women that are just so anoying that you wouldn't think twice about going with them O.O

Hair color is a matter of personal opinion. I usually go for blondes, but I wouldn't think that brunettes or jet black is unattatractive (I don't like redheads, usually, though). But I can never stress enough that long hair is a must. A girl who is a 6 on a 10 point scale can go up to 7.5 or 8 even if she has the right hair (and length is a major plus!)
