I bring this alcohol called "Absinth" from europe all the time, it's illegal here, and in lot of other countries, what kind of trouble could I get in for it?

None. One bottle for personal comsumption is considered okay. Absinthe is no longer hallucinogenic because they took out all the toxic chemicals they used to stretch the stuff with. Those are what made people see weird things.

    Yes, but not likely.

If it is real Absynthe, then yes, you could get in to legal trouble importing it (by Customs) or trying to sell it (by the FDA). But the FDA does not routinely prosecute.
