  • Maybe it's because you feel like no-one likes you, give a hug, have some positive thinking, perhaps a nice chat over a coffee and a biscuit and you'll be right back to youself. Would also help if you got lots of sleep.
  • It actually may be a medical problem. go see a dr and talk about it...it could be depression or diabetes, this is a sympton of something if its not your usual personality
  • ...ITS NOT motivation, its self dicipline...its all in your head. Its like little thought that says "oh i can do it later"...you quit, and you never get it done...dont let that happen...Work from small to large...do something little, and MAKE SURE you finish it...by NO MEANS QUIT. After you are done, you will feel self gratification...and be like huh...ok, I did it!...then move onto something else. Its mind over matter, same with addictions...its you telling YOU to keep going...or to quit...YOU MUST CONQUER YOUR MIND...soon enough you will fall back into the groove. It just takes that kick start...I promise. I would take vitamins though...also...and maybe start excersizing...a unhealthy body is an unhealthy mind. gotta stay fit...and clean. (inside and out)
