i would say almost all men do, but there could be rare physical conditions were a guy doesn't have fluids released. also, if someone had a sex change to make them male, their organs function differently, so i'm not sure how that would work.

I asked this same question on my last vist to my urologist. She told me most men do. She stated most of the time the pre cum comes out of the penis before ejaculation. She told me it is a clear fluid that cums out of the penis for lubracation.

Most males do pre-cum. The ones that say they don't, are probably uneducated and think pre-cum is the same as pre-ejaculation thus say no out of shame. Pre-cum is simply the body's natural lubrication. Of course, the number of males that "pre-ejaculate" is lowering each generation, possibly through evolution. In an age where we have lubricated condoms and safe sex is on the rise, why do we need a natural lubrication? By the time we get married and want kids, the wife has probably had sex many times in this day and age, they're hardly going be the "tightest" person in the world, natural lubrication is most likely not needed.

YES YES YES! Kiddies, all men have pre-cum. Men have pre-cum to neutralize the penis before ejaculating. It has nothing to do with lubrication. That's all it's for, and amount makes no difference.

I do not get pre-cum. I didn't know about it till later but I am married with 2 children so everything is fine. I understand about 30% of males do not. One good thing, I am not "wet" when getting oral till I cum.

Amount vary. Some men have enough to use it as a lubricant on the head of their penis, for example when they masturbate. On some men it is barely detectable. My current boyfriend only has pre-cum if you toy with him for a very long time, and keep him on the edge, and even then it is much less than a single droplet. The rest of the time, even when masturbating him, nothing leaks out and it stays dry.
