When I was younger it used to make me very upset and embarrassed. Now I tend to ignore it.

I dont care, it's them that looks bad for acting like they're 12. They look enough like morons without me even having to say anything.

What women don't seem to understand is that guys do that with other guys. Gay jokes, small d!ck jokes, it's an affermation of our belief that you and I are close enough friends to jest about something so trivial. I know this answer won't change how it makes you feel. But maybe a little understanding will mkae you understand it's not an insult, it's actually a compliment(In Martian).
