No one's personality is the same as another. You should be with someone with a personality you like. The person doesn't have to have the same personality as you, just one that you like.

It determines how one acts, reacts, or responds to the other person, to situations. If personalities are too different, it can make communication difficult. Without communication, you have no relationship. But understand, one's personality can be greatly affected by circumstances and situations they are involved in. So before throwing a relationship out the window because of a difficult personality, if it has previously been a good relationship, maybe take a moment to examine facts and see what's causing the personality conflict.
