G'day Kuyakev, Thank you for your question. Either could be more deadly depending on the type of explosives in board. The two types of missile are used in different situations. A radar guided missile would be used to attack a preset target such as a military base or location in a city such as the Department of Defence of the opponent. An infared homing system or heatseeker is used in a battlefield situation to attack targets with engines such as an aircraft or tank. I have attached sources for your reference.
