I assume you are talking about http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/1396844 (Easiest way to kill someone). We don't like providing instructions to criminals on how to do their jobs. Besides, if someone were to answer it, someone else read that, use the instructions, and actually kill someone, AB COULD be liable, as could the answerer. (Doesn't sound like such a good idea now, does it?)

read this wiki entry on why AB would not want such a thread: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hit_Man_manual If you don't feel like reading the details , the short version is a book was published as a how to guide on killing people. Someone committed a murder and claimed to have used the book. The book was not banned per say, and it is still not technically illegal to publish such a book. However, in this case, the publisher got tired of expensive legal wrangling that would have probably bankrupted them (even if they had won) and agreed to stop publishing the book. If AB ignores that kind of thread, it only takes one bad incident to keep them in courts for years.
