It would have to be Wal-Mart because they have groceries AND electronics AND clothes

I would pick a grocery store. Then I would donate a bunch of the food to local food pantries.

Bristol Farms Market in Costa Mesa Califoria. An unlimited shopping spree could easily cost thousands and thousands of dollars..imported foods, prime meats,fine wines..you name it, they have it. So that would be the store I'd choose! :)
