    nope cause u see through the black part of ur eye thats the hole that the light comes through. although people with blue eyes are more sensitive to light.

    Yes: When you wear black contact lenses you cannot see.
    But it really freaks people out.

    Blue eyes are more sensitive to light...than brown...
    So its alittle harder for a blue eyed person to see when its really bright out...than somebody with brown eyes.
