Yes: When you wear black contact lenses you cannot see. But it really freaks people out.

nope cause u see through the black part of ur eye thats the hole that the light comes through. although people with blue eyes are more sensitive to light.

Blue eyes are more sensitive to light...than brown... So its alittle harder for a blue eyed person to see when its really bright out...than somebody with brown eyes.
