Forgive me, but I don't think I understood WHO you meant, with the question, "What would be the first thing you say and the first thing you thought of doing to that someone?" Are you asking what I would do or say to my "best friend" (who was the hurt person) or what would I say and do to the person who DID "the hurting" of my best friend? It would depend, of course, on whether my best friend was physically hurt, or just emotionally hurt.

Say to my best friend: "Sweetie, I'm sorry." Say to other person: "Try that again, and I'll cut off your cunt/balls." Then Fantasize about cutting off that person's cunt/balls :) I'm very direct.
