  • I only talk to 2 friends from my 'clique' in high school.
  • I'm not in a clique - there are none in my class, only people who talk more to some than others. "Clique" sort of implies an exclusion of someone, that's not how it works in my class. But then, we're only 9 people in that class ;). It's awesome, compared to the 30-ish which seems to be the standard
  • I've been out of High School for 25 years. Here are my personal notes over time. The cliques still remain on talking terms if they went to college together and seem to have kids around the same age. At reunions, they come together and are happy for the other's success. Some still talk by phone over the years. The cliques that never left the area or on to higher education seem forever time-warped as their former selves, just older. A couple still hold the same grudges and attitudes from when they were 15. They never evolved from their "own little world". It seems the quiet ones are the most successful. The druggies are either dead or in jail or the bottom of society. Same with the heavy drinkers, except they are stuck in miserable marriages with them being the common denominator. The serious no-nonsense ones went in the military and are collecting a retirement check now and using their skill in a job that hasn't laid them off yet. They seem to be the best off in this uncertain economy. At my school, that's how it turned out anyway.
  • they become losers
  • Eventually, they all disband.
  • Older? W.e....
  • usually a clique or gang falls apart unless they are based on heart of interest kinda like the mofias we have ~rols eyes~
  • They either grow up and move on or fail to mature, stagnate, and become total losers who live at home with their parents.
