    Anti viral drugs are being used, it will take approximately 6 months to get the vaccine

    Nope. Not yet. The drugs people are talking about are anti-viral drugs that can treat the flu once you get it, but can't protect you from getting it in the first place.

    Vaccine development is always complicated. It's not easy to predict how long it will take, but a year is probably a good ballpark timeline.

    Not a vaccine, but the TAMFLU shot does work for treatment.
