Muslimahs, God forbid but, if you were raped would would you want to your rapist to be judged according to Western or Sharia Law, and why?

Heheheheheh. They'd want Western Justice, but they'd want the sentence carried out in Sharia.

Yeah no doubt they would want western law but if they work so hard to get sharia law then they should be stoned by the man who raped them because you can't have it both ways, that would make you a hypocrite, oh wait, muslims ARE hypocrites.

Best way to go about it would to ask for Sharia law, for the rapist(much better than our punishments), and for their selves, claim political refuge with the USA to avoid the stoning.
