Do you have cooking oil in your house? Liquid or solid? What type? (mine:liquid Canola and solid butter flavored Crisco)

    Oh my, yes. Vegetable, Canola, Light Olive & maybe some Crisco. I use butter a lot, especially for breakfasts.

    cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
    sesame oil
    peanut oil
    canola oil
    corn oil

    ... different types of oils for different foods ...

    olive oil, low temperature cooking
    grape seed oil, higher temperature cooking
    palm oil for deep frying
    coconut oil, also low temperatures
    peanut oil, sometimes for deep frying
    sesame seed oil
    butter, the real stuff

    We currently have... extra virgin olive oil, chilli infused olive oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil and a spray low-cal sunflower oil!

    ....We rarely use anything other than the olive oils!
