  • it all depends on what you can handle if you are struggleing with it at 5 do less but if not you are good and try doing more
  • Many people say to find a weight that you can do 10-15 reps with before you can't do one more rep. Then rest and do that same weight 2 more times. That's for building muscle. If you just want to stay in tone and not build, do less weight.
  • yes thats awesome i usually bench over 200, and 5-10 for 35 pounds is what i curl, and i have 15" biceps thats about how many reps u shoudl do if u want to gain muscle mass, but make sure you do it with good form otherwise u get shortened muscles, which are awkward and wont help you in a fight when you need to extend your arm to punch i know dudes who can curl 50s that many times, but if u get biceps that huge it starts to get awkward looking
