I am personally enjoying the Spiderman movies. I think that despite changes in his powers such as web production are overshadowed by faithful adherence to character development and main storylines.

From Hell. I would say Road to Perdition but I haven't seen it in full yet. Sin City gets points for effectively bringing a comic book to life better than anything before it.
