you shouldn't at all. and if you wanna make one you need great knowledge about it. What do you need it for anyway? I can't think of a good reason really. to get booze? and feel adult while drinking it? that's just childish

grow a beard its far easier. I was in the pubs from 15 onwards, lol. Actually the funny thing was the first day I ever got ID'd was the very day of my 18th birthday, ironic
