They taste great and are personally my favorite bird to eat next to chicken, butthey're pretty grotesque looking. I use to volunteer at a turkey farm, and they also smell really bad to.

Our local turkeys are a lot smaller. We would oven toast with margerine,black pepper(Sarawak),pineapple and salt tilled slightly dry. Sometimes we make curry which is equally delicious.We love it.
