If you think you are mature enought to have the discussion with him than do it yourself. Make sure you tell him about STD's and the importance of condoms.

Not sure what your concern is...but your brother probably knows more about sex than you do. He is a 15 year old boy, SEX is the only thing on his mind. Finding out what exactly the hard way? the only thing you need to talk him through is as misshoneybee mentioned 1. the STD's..hell just google some pics and send it to him for the big chock :) and then try not to traumatize the kid in the process:) 2. to always treat a woman right, never lye and never lead them on and always make sure to have the decency and respect to keep whatever happened btw him and x to himself (this shows lots of character)... that's what i'd do if i had a younger brother. well i sat my daughter down at 15 and told her it was time for the sex talk,she asked me what it was i wanted to know.lol

If schools had real sex education, starting in the 5th or 6th grade, you would not have to learn the hard way by the trial and error method. Also consider the fact that your parents can not teach what they do not know,,, like mom unrolling a throw rug does not make her an interior decorator... ;~)
