Your C-band dish may provide too strong of a signal for your tiny little lnb. Digital satt dishes are not very expensive. http://www.google.com/products?rlz=1C1GGLS_enUS323US323&sourceid=chrome&q=TRKS26&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wf

Keep in mind that a dish too small will provide a weaker signal than a larger dish. Though too strong of a signal can be just as bad as too weak of a signal. It's best you stick with a dish designed for the application you intend on using it for.

I was under the impression that you could get internet through satellite if you had a Ku-band LNB. I'm not sure about C-band. You might ask your question at http://www.satelliteguys.us/ as they really know a lot of good info there. Not too many people in the USA use the C-band dishes anymore but there are a few out there. We had ours until about 5 years ago.

The internet is a 2 way street. You need a microwave transmitter for uplink. A LNA, LNB, or LNBF for TV is only a receiver.
