Although all face exercises take dramatically a lot of repeating, Upwards in the the 1000s for each step to be truly effective. Daily is it worth it?

when you lose weight the face is usually the first part that gets thinner i've never heard of any exercises for that

You cannot target fat on the face. You cannot target fat anywhere. Exercises do not target fat reduction. They build muscle and strength, not reduce fat. You lose fat on your face by losing fat overall. It's the same rule for everywhere on the body. You lose fat by eating less bad food, less calories, and exercising more, through cardio and weight lifting.

If you workout you will notice that weight will begin to come off your face..usually before anywhere else..
