Sometimes yes, but it usually relates to something I have said. I usually just say that I cannot recall, unless I really do remember clearly. Sometimes, some people will not change what they think no matter how well you can prove yourself, and in that case, I think it is better to just let it go (of course this depends on how serious it is - if it's murder or a crime that is a whole different thing).

Yes, and the really ironic thing is that I had done something exactly like it many times before, but was never accused of those things by this person.

Oh Yeah And Get Really Pissed Off When They Keep Acussing Me Cuz I Might As Well Have Done It. Unless You Have Proof Shut Up Which I Know You Cant Cuz It Wasn't Me.

The burden of proof always lays with the accuser.

Twice in the span of a few months. The school was trying to have me expelled, but since I didn't do anything, they tried to...frame me, I guess. First they said I stole twenty dollars, then they said I tried to stab a kids eyes out with a pencil. I explain it all in more detail here: http://cid-0e7f6b771b4280c0.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!E7F6B771B4280C0!156.entry I actually explain a lot of things there...but I assure you it's in there somewhere.
