People often complain that American freedoms are being eroded. Can someone give proper examples, and by proper examples, I mean no crazy, right-wing, blogs posted by irate idiots?

Well, certain rights were eroded during the last administration, mostly to do with privacy and personal medical decsions.

I do not see the current administration limiting freedoms. Quite the opposite, they are removing limits the Republicans put in place. Those protesting are angry at loosing their right to decide for others, the exact opposite of protesting the loss of freedom. They are protesting their loss of authoritarian rule.

Well the most obvious and widely discussed (even though nothing is done about it) would probably be the 2nd amendment to the constitution. Read gun laws in your respective state or even the federal laws that limit you right to possession of a firearm and then read the 2nd amendment.
