  • None and None. Because: 1) Morals change over time. "Evil" 5000 years ago was much different than it is now. Same goes for "Greatness" and "Goodness". 2) Morals change from place-to-place. You'll find big differences in the societal morals of anarchic Somalia, Wall Street America, Rural China, Communal Sweden, etc. 3) Historical records are scarce, varying in reliability, and mostly localized in a few regions of the world - Europe, Egypt, Persia, India...there is still a whole world of history which we don't know 4) Any absolute affirmations of the "most evil" or "most great" person ever would inevitably be tainted by patriotism and/or religion. A Catholic Italian might say "Jesus was greatest, Lucifer was worst" / A Pakistani Muslim might say "Muhammad was greatest, the Ahmaddi false-prophet was worst", etc.
