On a guy they're tacky. On a woman it depends on the woman. For what it's worth-from this guy's standpoint panty hose are the worse. I remember when women started wearing them. What a mess. Actually it is very rare that I wear pantyhose. I wear a consertative skirt or dress to work nearly everyday and very often I have stockings on. I have been know to wear stockings with a mini skirt as well but never to work. Of course I rearly wear panties for work or play.
