I do not believe it is the feds behind this one. 6 months ago we decreed that due to the increasing taxes on cigarette packs the tobacco companies would soon increase the price on rolled tobacco, and my friend insisted it would be doubled. Boy was he ever right. 2 dollars turned into 4.50. 7 dollars turned into 26 dollars. I think it's big tobacco getting their money from people trying to buy cheap.

Grow your own tobacco. It is a bit of a pain to process. Switch to a pipe.
