I think this is an absolutely healthy thing. If girl need a relief they should have it. The worst thing adults can do that is to tell the children they are doing wrong. I know that some girls need this relief very early in their life and others some years later. Boys are mostly much slower. The first time I felt anything, I was about 12 and I think the first time I masturbated, I was about 14 or 15. So I can only envy the girls.
