Help answer this question below.
unless you and your ex-wife have children together, why would that matter?????? take care....Brian......
I would try hiring a P.I. and maybe contacting the Immigration
Why do you care? After all, she is your EX wife. Have you not moved on as well? She seems to have. Are you jealous? Sounds to me like you're trying to hurt her as much as you hurt and this is the only way you can do it. It's also petty. You wouldn't know she even had a boyfriend if you weren't in her business. Move on. It's not good for you or her. Is this a custody battle and you need to prove that she engages in "criminal activity?"
*~SIGH~*
See this word ----->EX! She has moved on why don't you? She is entitled to live with her boyfriend it is called living her life! As far as neither is on the lease...so what! Are you spying or stalking? Can yu say invasion of privacy. You report him to immigration all she has to do is marry him. Stop being a jelous ex!

You're reading How can I prove my ex-wife is living with her boyfriend. He's an illegal alien and neither of them is on the lease.

Hi Brian,
It matters because I am paying her a TON of alimony and the kids live with me. This money should be in our kids hands but I have to pay her. In California, if you live with someone of the opposite sex, then the court MAY say I don't have to pay alimony. That is why I want to know.
Thanks!
