When someone is talking obnoxiously loud on their cell phone in a public place, do you listen to the conversation?

I have a 3-antenna cellphone jammer which I will activate without hesitation on such an occasion.

No .. it's kind of aggravating to have to listen to that. I try to tune it out.

Even though it's annoying I sometimes listen.

Depends on what the conversation is about... I mean seriously some people are talking about the most randoms stuff and I just can't help myself.

Nope.. I could care less unless i hear my own name or someone i know come up.. Other than that I ignore them. I have told them to pipe down and almost got in a fight when my mother politely asked someone to quiet down in a restaurant.. What stopped me I still don't know. ;)

only if they are talking extremely loud they probably want me to then ill feel my friend in when we meet up thats happened so many times
