Don't know that I've ever heard of a limit for an ordinary citizen *removing* cigarettes from the country, although there may indeed by some export limit somehow. The issue with moving goods between countries is normally imposed by the country you're entering, not the country you're leaving. Most countries have rules about how much stuff you can bring in, so that people don't smuggle in things they don't want or fail to pay duty on otherwise legal goods.

about 7 dollars a pack. Not sure how much in an airport, probably 10 dollars

it depends on what state your in. a pack here in OK is about 6 bucks. i dont know about the 200 packs. really the only reason i know is because i buy them for my boss. i dont smoke blah!
